So I just had an amazing reiki experience over the phone with Sheila. She cleared my body and I just felt it in my hands and she said that's where energy is released. Sheila is an extremely gifted & healing Reiki Practitioner. She has worked on both my knee (after torn miniscus surgery) and severe shoulder pain (from lifting heavy objects). I went to an Orthopedic Dr. who gave me a cortisone injection in my shoulder and the pain went away temporarily.
